Employer evidence pilot

See more than a résumé.

Explore a clearly fictional CRC evidence dossier before discussing a separately scoped, explicitly consented pilot. The example is not a real candidate result or a claim of hiring effectiveness.

A fictional example, before you share any details.

FICTIONAL / ILLUSTRATIVE. This specimen explains the format only. It is not a real credential, a candidate result, or proof of employer acceptance. Real Passport evidence is shared separately under the holder's permissions.

Practice never becomes Passport evidence automatically. Verified entries require the approved human-review process.

What you are looking at

Observable work, reviewed by a person, written so you can act on it

Built on the BORAKA Verified Competence Standard (BORAKA-VCS-CR-001).

  • Role requirements become observable tasks

We translate a coordinator job description into the work a person would actually do in the first weeks.

  • Work is reviewed by a person

An experienced reviewer reads the submitted work against written criteria and records what it showed.

  • You get readable evidence, not a score

Strengths, developmental gaps and suggested interview probes, written so a hiring manager can act on them.

What you get

Structured input your hiring panel can act on

The sample demonstrates a format. A real pilot needs separate scope, participant consent and agreed permissions; it does not provide automatic access to a candidate's work.

  • Reviewed work samples

A fictional example shows the evidence format. Any real work evidence requires the participant's explicit permission; private reviewer notes and written answers are not included in a shared Passport.

  • A rubric-scored comparison

Scope, domain, status, date and rubric version make the record readable. A sample is not a scored comparison of real candidates.

  • An evidence-use conversation

Discuss what scoped evidence can and cannot tell you, and which questions still belong in your own interview process.

  • A written summary

Demonstrated strengths, open gaps and suggested interview probes, written so a hiring panel can read it directly.

A few questions about how you screen today, so the pilot tests something useful rather than something convenient.

For example: site director, clinical operations manager, talent acquisition lead.

The single problem you would most want structured work evidence to answer.

Who would sign off if this became a paid pilot. Leave blank if you would rather not say.
